Neuglow The Aesthetics Doctors

Dr Liew Kou Chuen graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 with an MBBS degree. A certified laser practitioner with more than twenty years of experience — the majority in aesthetics medicine — he co-founded NeuGlow in 2004 to pursue his passion for aesthetic medicine. He continuously strives to improve by attending local and international workshops and courses.

Dr Gerard Tan has been a practising medical doctor for over 28 years, graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1990. After serving at the National University Hospital Emergency Department, he established and served as Medical Director of a chain of clinics. In 2004, he co-founded NeuGlow to pursue his passion for aesthetic medicine and continued as Medical Director after the merger with Healthway Medical Group in 2008. Dr Tan also serves as a Senior Lieutenant Colonel in the Singapore Armed Forces as a volunteer.
